Reserved at campaign launch
Credits are reserved when you launch a campaign — the exact cost (lead volume × per-lead engines + base fee) is shown upfront.
Refunded on admin cancellation
If an admin cancels a campaign, unused reserved credits return to your wallet automatically.

Editing drafts, duplicating campaigns, viewing AI lead previews, and analyzing products do not consume credits.

Are real emails or calls being sent right now?
Not yet. You can analyze products, preview AI lead candidates, build campaigns, and submit activation requests. Real send is admin-gated and intentionally disabled until compliance and engine wiring are complete.
How does the test-mode billing work?
Plans are switchable from your dashboard, but no payment is charged. Stripe checkout isn't connected yet. When you switch plans the wallet is updated server-side via the change_plan() RPC so you can exercise the launch flow with real credit reservation/refund behaviour.
What happens if I cancel a campaign?
If an admin cancels a campaign before activation, the unused reserved Buyer Credits are returned to your wallet automatically. Customer-deleted (archived) campaigns also keep ledger history intact for audit.
Do drafts cost credits?
No. Editing drafts, duplicating campaigns, and viewing AI lead previews do not consume credits. Credits are only reserved at campaign launch.
Can I export AI lead previews?
CSV export of AI lead previews is included on Growth, Scale, and Enterprise plans. Free Trial and Starter are preview-only.
